What is the best place to live in Brooklyn by two college students?

We want a safe neighborhood, with people similar to those of our age, but still accessible to Brooklyn College. Does anyone know of any neighborhoods that would be a good fit? who have been looking in Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Midwood, Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Does anyone have suggestions on what is best and any other areas would help too. Thank you!

I'm assuming that its age is the period from 18-22, and I am ignoring any cost factors involved. Most college students from Brooklyn who live near the campus either live in Flatbush (but not the HOTTEST neighborhood with a young population) or apartments near Midwood Jewish neighborhood (not that it is lively, pleasant silence. However, you can try the end of Park Slope, known for its hippie younger population, around Bergen Street and Grand Army Plaza of apartments available, etc. are already near the 2 train, which can bring you to the University of Brooklyn, in less than 30 minutes. Moreover, the above neighborhoods are all good and a good fit. For fashion, the youngest neighborhood I would say that Williamsburg is the best of the park slop listed (and not the list). For convenience and quality of life, Midwood will be the best ... but you would have to travel if they want to interact with people your age / party etc.
