Do I have to get permission from parents of children in a photo is used in the cookbook of the Church?

The children in our school program Sunday together a cookbook that goes to the publisher soon. I have a cute picture of all children together and we would like to use on the cover of the book. Do I need consent written parental use this photo?

Yes, you do not want some crazy father suing you to get some extra dollars or any other reason, people do these things. I had a problem to parents with children start my high school because a child has not yet want to be in the yearbook and had a picture with him in a crowd and they got angry and began to trouble, though wouldnt know who was in the photo, unless asked for it.
